Byland Abbey

I had a great weekend in York visiting friends and my gorgeous Godson. I stopped off on the way as I passed where I used to work (The Abbey Inn) opposite are the ruins of Byland Abbey. A shame the sunset has disappeared behind some clouds and the red/orange glow was not as bright. Catch up of Saturday and Sunday to come.
