On Edge

A Sheffield-trip picture without a reservoir.  Odd.

Met up with S and headed out to Stanage Edge for a walk.  One advantage of such a walk-with-a-view is seeing the rain approach in good time. One disadvantage is not having much in the way of options of what to do about it. Had lunch semi-sheltering under a rock.

Circled round to the North, duly took in another reservoir or three before heading back to the car. The 'extra' is a rather surprisingly good phone panorama at Stanage Pole (which is a big vertical pole in the middle of nowhere).

Explored the teashops in Hathersage; which didn't take long as it had just shut (who shuts a teashop at 4pm?) so we went and found a pub.
