Stairs, Westminster Hall

Mrs Catspaw and I were invited to take part today in a village coach trip up to London, to meet our MP and have a tour of the Houses of Parliament, followed by a short cruise out on the River.

The light on the staircase at the top end of Westminster Hall caught my eye just as we were leaving.

Today's 'Extras' are from the river trip, including a Black-Headed Gull (still in summer plumage, sans Black Head) beside Westminster Pier, who offered to pose for me with the London Eye across the river in the background.
