Get Cracking

I had to leave the children to lock up this morning as I had to go to work and D was up North. They got very irritated with me telling them what needed to be done so I shut up and left them to it.

(I might have left a dozen eggs out for my mum and asked her to come round and check the front door hadn't been left open and the house wasn't burning down)

The new chickens have certainly got into the swing of things as we are inundated with eggs at the moment.

D is back and the children obviously did a good job as the house is still standing and we haven't been burgled.
