What a day of contrasts and emotions. Started the morning with a tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau. Then spent the afternoon 140m underground exploring chambers with amazing salt carvings and statues. The highlight is the ornamented chapel. Everything is made of salt. Even the chandeliers. It took over 30 years to make.
