Sunday Roast

Ben and I went for a run in the morning. I'd not been for a while and managed 6km. Ben went ahead and did 4km more and I went home. We'd been invited to Charise and Alan's for Sunday roast at 2pm. Penny went with Ben to Sainsbury's to buy ingredients to make profiteroles. She then spend the afternoon making them. She made two different types - salted caramel and orange chocolate. We went across the road at 2pm and were there until 7.30pm. 
At bedtime, Bibi told me that I am a very good parent. That made me feel wonderful.
