Zinnias - such beauty to the eye

We decided to drive around Lake George in upstate NY today to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. Whereas, yesterday was dreary, today we had plenty of bright sunshine. Neither of those conditions works perfectly for photographing colorful trees at a distance, especially when you are using your iPhone. But, as we were strolling around the lake, we saw several stunning flower beds. This one seemed to have the best lighting conditions. I simply love zinnias. We also visited Lake Champlain, Ticonderoga, Whitehall, and a few other small towns. We really enjoyed having a stress-free day.
