Autumn colours

A bit of everything weather today: light snow (when we left the house to go for a walk), biting winds, warmth in the forests, deep blue skies, high clouds, low mists......
A wonderfully close encouter with a roe deer and the distinct rutting of the red deer were the highlights of the walk. Not a soul around - we so enjoy the solitude in this valley.
