Gloucester

We went to Gloucester today where we are staying a few days in a very nice Airbnb apartment in this converted warehouse overlooking the regenerated dock area. The building in front of the block is the seaman's chapel.

After lunch we went for a walk into the city centre and visited the cathedral, another amazing example to medieval architecture. We had a tour of the crypts and their chapels which date back to Norman times. All this was after a stop at Nero, there appears to be two in the city, for a coffee.

Tea was at Gloucester Quays in Bella Italia.
