Rainy day

Yes, it is raining but my pea pods , which appeared yesterday need it to swell up. Like to have some in the freezer and take them out on the 1st January to eat with the steak pie, they taste so good and it is great to know they came form my garden.

This plant is called something like hootinannie??? sure it begins with an H and is quite a longish name have dug out garden books and cannot find ....it is there somewhere, will keep looking.....Thanks to "Bumbler" mystery solved, it is called Houttuynia Cordata
