Last visit to the Burrell.

Fellow blippers and friends A, L and I had coffee in Pollok House then a walk in lovely autumnal weather and a visit to the Burrell before it closes for essential repairs. Every time I go there I am amazed at the huge number of items Sir William Burrell collected. Could he possibly have examined every one before he bought it and did he have time for anything else? The archways are lovely and surely very heavy to move for refurbishment. The tenuous link to WIld Wednesday is the Virginia Creeper going a bit wild round the gatehouse in the extra and the woodcarver in the outhouse making his wild creations.
