Photos at Holt Hall

Today I joined other members of the U3A Photo Group for a photo session in the grounds of Holt Hall.  This is owned by Norfolk County Council and is an educational field study centre.  It is closed to the general public except for a few days a year, so we had plenty of opportunity to enjoy the lake and grounds without too many people about.
We were extremely fortunate with the weather as we’ve had several days in a row of heavy and frequent showers but just after we arrived, the rain stopped and the sun came out and we had a couple of hours of beautiful light, water drenched foliage and lovely lake reflections (see extra)...just perfect!
Needless to say...we rounded up the morning with an excellent pub lunch!
