Three
A cold start this morning, and I was getting on with some chores. The Head Gardener was doing what he does in the garden, clearing up for the winter. He came in for a cuppa and decided we would go on a road trip.
We are lucky in the west of Scotland to have the River Clyde and its estuary, with some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.
We headed up Loch Lomond, and crossed Glen Fruin to Garelochhead. We then went down the Rosneath Peninsula. Then went on to Kilcreggan, across the water from Gourock. Had a walk around, and took quite a few photographs.
On a sombre note, saw a battleship heading up the Clyde to Coulport, and also on the way back saw one of the nuclear subs sailing down the river into the ocean. Decided MI6 might not like me showing these photos on the internet!!!!
Home to a steak dinner, what's not to like!!!!
