More poultices

Although we have the wonderful poultice treatment in the mornings we also have these bandages in the afternoon, I on my wrists and Christabel on her knees and big toe. Mine have to stay on 2 hours but Christabel has hers on for 3 hours which means our evening walks are postponed. My arthritic thumbs are definitely feeling better. I don't know what they have in them - it looks like black mud but it obviously has a lot if turmeric judging by the colour of my hands after I have washed it off.
