Small intestine

My vet drew this diagram as he explained options this evening.

He''d had a couple of emergencies in and we were waiting for an hour and a half to see him so I was pleased he didn't try and rush our appointment.

I'd be more pleased if we could get to the bottom of what is wrong with Ripley as it is worrying to see him so thin and unpleasant having to clear up after him.
