Pud!
Was going to make these yesterday but couldn't be bothered. But today was pretty miserable looking, always a good time to be in the kitchen, and I buckled down. Half an hour or so to make the mix, almost the same to get the bowls prepped, filled and capped, then all that was needed was a leisurely 6 hour steam. Et voila ... a Christmas pud for the family and a wee one just for me. And no, it's not too early as they'll taste (even) better after sitting in the cupboard for a couple of months. Think mine will be a New Year's pud; looking forward to it already!
