Story reading

Ellis was chosen to represent her class at a story reading competition. Today she read a short story on stage, in front of all the school children, teachers and a jury. She was extremely nervous but she went up there anyway. She did very well and I am very proud of her.

When she returned home it became clear just how nervous she had been. She had a headache and was feeling sick. That went away after an hour or so but she was tired all day. Poor thing.
