Pastel tulips abstract - AT68

In between making arrangements for all the different inspections due before we can return the house in Belgium to its owner I've been playing with a motion blurred image of the tulips I bought last week. Our local supermarket's flower section is filled with them, can't discover where they're coming from, it would be rather wasteful if they came all the way from the Southern Hemisphere. Anyway, I deliberately moved the camera, then cropped the image, in PS Elements 13 added a duplicate layer with artistic Cutout filter in a low opacity  and then added another duplicate layer with a soft purple gradient effect. Abstract pastel tulips !
