Horseplay

I sat watching the waves today but there was more action on the beaches with all the horses that were riding up and down. This playful horse clearly loved splashing about in the water.

The sea cliffs in the background are at Tapuae (pronounced tah-pooh-why) where the NZ government recently created a marine reserve. It is about this time of the year we often see Southern Right Whales and their calves in the water below these cliffs.
