A real rarity

For those of you who live furth of Argyll or don't consider yourselves petrolheads, the original Argyll car registration letters were SB, much cherished now that SB seems to be a Glasgow number.

Back in the early days, the first registration, SB1, was owned by the Duke of Argyll and the second, SB2, by James Arthur Campbell of Arduaine. I don't know who drives it around now, but most likely one of the family. It must be worth a bob or two!
