Hello again.
Sometimes when in the darkest clouds of emotions, creativity can be at it's strongest and tapping into that can be a great relief to express the feelings thru art, music, writing, movement and of course Blipping.
Something that can be shared with yourself, others or in a secret creativity box / scrap box that you can look at later.
Wee fella using a Buddha Board, using a brush and water to draw which will fade again when water dries off. It is really good for mindfulness exercises.
