Auction find!

We had a fun day at the auction yesterday and although I didn't get everything I went after (far too much money for some things!) we did get some rather nice silver pieces and a box of watches!

This rather interesting specimen is a wind up but digital display watch and looks very 60's...it's made by a now defunct company called Omnia....and it's working!

I set it to the correct time this morning and it seems to keep very good time. The dials just flip over and there are only minutes in 5 minute blocks....it looks very retro and I love it...a complete contrast to my Apple Watch!
