A wild and windy day so mostly indoor jobs.  Made some apple muffins with walnuts and maple syrup instead of almonds and honey and they were even better than the originals.  Sometimes when you run out of ingredients and have to substitute, it actually improves the end result!  Out of 12 there are now six left . . .
