Abstract Thursday - pastel

My day started at 7 am, when we left to head to school. It finished just before 10 pm, when I got home from school.

The time in between was a blur of busyness. Our school's open night, which was hectic enough, but we also had our Year 9 Expo night, which is the culmination of a year's work for our kids. They did such an awesome job and we're really proud of them.

The groundsmen were mowing the lawns at the last minute (at last we had some sunshine and no rain!). Unfortunately, a stray stone broke one of the windows in the canteen and this was the result. Pretty, crazy patterns with a beautiful tree outside. I decided to defocus my lens and this is what I ended up with. I quite liked it.
