Purple Flowers

Finally, I exchanged contracts today - that's exactly 32 days after I signed my contract and my solicitor said we should exchange 2 days later!!! It still wasn't plain sailing, my solicitor was out of the office, one of the parties hadn't given their permission to exchange, one of the contracts the other party had signed had an item missing on it, the solicitor for my buyer didn't get in the office until 11:30 and then one solicitor's office closed for lunch for an hour. Oh and my solicitor said they'd confirm it all in writing and hasn't. Then I had to ring BT to transfer my phone, broadband and TV, but that's a whole different story!  I'm totally exhausted now!
