Fast food

Zürich main station, in the middle of ongoing construction work. Just a few moments after taking this shot I met our fellow blipper Christophi. A nice coincidence!

Also by coincidence I found 2 articles in our newspapers today about fast food and eating on the go. First article  about the various different shops and brands that have appeared over the last few years. The second article about the new trend of "bouillon to go". Not really new and whoever knows a real vietnamese Pho can imagine the trend. What I like about it, that is based on good, traditional and healthy food - nothing overengineered by food designers.
