A baby green shield bug oh so perfectly camouflaged against this stinging nettle leaf! Once I spotted him, I spotted several more, they were on the same patch their parents were mating on back in May, so these were the happy outcome! Possibly best viewed larger. Yes, it's a very green picture, possibly due to the fact of all the rain & hot sun we've been having - usually both together!
