Baking

This morning Lincoln and I had some unexpected one on one time. Daddy was out at training and Elliott had a 3 1/2 hour nap. We baked a cake. The cake itself was a total disaster and we're eating it in handfuls from a container. It has no shape whatsoever. But it's delicious and the process was fun. I'm not sure if the failure was to do with only putting in 1 egg instead of 2 or me trusting Lincoln to measure out ingredients with no prior baking experience (probably the latter).

In the afternoon we went to see friends. Lincoln took his potty and had a perfect run. He went 3 times and was dry between. He even woke up from his 2 1/2 hour afternoon nap dry today. We put the boys down to sleep so we could stay up and play games as usual.
