Afternoon in the kitchen.

This morning we into Helston to get fresh rolls from Lidls.heavy showers and thunder and lightning this morning.this afternoon we have blue skys not sure its going to last.i decided to roast the pork instead of tomorrow it will be easier to carve.then I made a chocolate sponge cake while the oven was still hot.when cool I will melt chocolate on top then cut it into slices .this Sainsbury's recipe I found on line.it use sunflower oil and syrup ,its a very nice tasting sponge.
