No-Smoking Along Roads

Had a conference at a university. Such a nicely compact uni located along the tram line in town and having much nature. While walking in the campus with my colleagues, I found this sign prohibiting smoking on the road.

Was a fine autumn day, making us feel it ridiculous to stay indoors all afternoon.
