Or Not So Jolly Roger

Today has been a sorting out of old photos day. Technically not taken today but scanned in and catalogued today. My sister Pat will be surprised. I think she was about eighteen here outside the Jolly Roger, which had a slightly sarcastic meaning for the 'not so jolly Roger'. I don't know where it is perhaps somewhere in Cornwall or Devon. Anyone know?  Maybe it is still there. I would love to be able to make out those prices.
I must try to remember to clean the scanner screen and photo well.
