Profiteroles

A lovely lunch with two of my girls. This was the pud we shared - profiteroles with salted caramel sauce for dipping and popcorn.

Yum yum.


PS - the friend who owns the blackboard which I blipped yesterday confessed that her menu wasn't this week's. She's not quite as organised as I thought!
