Fund Raiding Has Begun.

First Charity event for our Channel relay swim next year.
A whole room of ladies knitting squares to make a big blanket to raffle. Tea, coffee and cakes were being sold. The blanket was being sewn together while we were there. They think they will make two. I'd like to win one.
A lovely little knitting and stitching shop. While I was there plenty of people were popping in and out. Even the local MP turned up.
We had the photographer from the local paper arrive too. Had quite a few photos taken. I do hope lots of money was raised for our pot as a lot of hard work goes into organising events like this.
