On a Monday

I normally work from home on a Monday.

It's become a wee thing that I also do a little baking then too. Bread is a favourite.

And today for lunch I had an egg-mayonnaise sandwich with my own baked bread and my own home-made mayonnaise.

It was the best ever. Obviously!
