Pistachio perfection (Hulk no more)

I'm going to go out there and say I have achieved next - next level baking skills. My striped croissants stuffed with pistachio paste are completely and utterly wonderful. I gave one to my restauranteur friend Ash, who said he wasn't really into pastries... but somehow didn't want to share this one!
