Another fall Saturday

Crisp temperatures, falling leaves and pumpkins.......all say fall. All say great subjects for a camera day. It's funny the other seasons can kind of run on but fall........passes too quickly and it seems I want to photograph it all.
These pumpkins are at Sweetser's Apple Barrel in Cumberland, Maine. They are awesome and have lots of different kinds of apples and squash and baked goods and gourds and other fall stuff. I bought two bags of "utility" apples. These are seconds and much cheaper than the first quality. When you are using them for apple sauce, they don't need to be pretty.
Speaking of pretty.......
We had a gig tonight at a place called Elements Coffee, Books and Beer. It's a really nice place and we had a good crowd. It was really cool that a man was there and had not seen us since our first gig 6 years ago when it was just Ingrid and myself. He was really nice. We have changed and evolved so much in six years.
I still have a monster cold and was really worried about coughing but, it was good. I am going to credit hot tea and honey!
Our next gig is Saturday as long as the temp is not too cold.
So I am off to bed and will see you all again tomorrow.
