Before and after

I've made a few pizzas now, but never really managed to get the dough to be right, however this time it worked! Not really sure what I did differently though, must have been this recipe, although I didn't really follow it as I don't have scales and made roughly half the amount. Spinach, onion, olives, mushroom, cheese, sausage, and an egg.
