Pulling Out

The 4270 designed by GJ Churchward and built in Swindon for the GWR in 1919 for short haul coal trips from the Welsh mines to the ports is here pulling out of Toddington Station. She was withdrawn from service in 1962 and in 2003 the restoration began here at Toddington.

Another house clearing scenario today so seeing the clouds of steam from afar I decided to get home quickly and grab the camera. Great too in that I managed to find a few more vantage points on the line for future use :)
