Beach Babe Polly!

If you look very carefully and closely you can just about see Polly running between my sister and I on the beach in Troon. She absolutely loves running in and out of the sea, digging in the sand, meeting other dogs and generally having a beano!!!

I've had such a wonderful weekend up in Troon, I can't believe how quick it has gone...and now I'm at Tebay services on my way back down to Yorkshire. As my sister so rightly said, we may not see one enough physically that often due to distance, but when we do we just click and chat away as though we were together yesterday. And that is truly special and something to treasure, and store in your heart, for a down day :-)
