CHILLI STUFF

Last weekend I received two presents from dear friends who came to  the Troubadour concert.

The Banana Habanero is quite a fierce chutney from the lovely Meles - bless! Tried it today with some heavy-duty hard cheese (Cantal) on brown bread & butter. Delicious!

The Rocoto chilli sauce came from Chris F, a chilli nutter from South Wales who grows hundreds of different chilli varieties. Tonight I used it to put a bit of zing into the boeuf bourguignon. Lovely!
