Dragonfly

This morning after a very damp start the sun came out and I popped out for a quick walk in search of a blip before heading over to the step-daughters . I went along the river and was rewarded with spotting a couple of dragonflies, I believe they are ruddy Darter . Thankfully one of the settled and I managed to get a few shots which can be seen HERE . This shot I took after taking a few shots with my big lens it was taken with my small lens on my knees getting very close.
