Door gear

There should be a folding door on the entrance to my kitchen. It hasn't been there for some time as the running gear had seen better days.

I ordered some new track and gears, which arrived today, but only to find that the holes needed in the top and bottom of the door to them to pivot on are smaller than the existing holes for the old gear.

Need to work on that one.
