Dirty job

So in two weeks our TV and now washing machine has packed up. It's true that electronics only have a limited shelf life and after 4 or 5 years items are starting to break down.

I don't do dirty work, I supply a certain product to chaps that do do the dirty work.. but I stay well away especially when for no apparent reasons pipes start disconnecting themselves

Who do you call in these situations? A good old boy who likes to get his hands dirty (I do wish he wore gloves though)
