Empty plate

Tonight's tea was a bit of a gamble from my point of view. I gave Lincoln 'real' chicken (not nuggets) and scalloped potatoes (not mash or chips). I expected a full scale rejection but I was pleasantly surprised. He almost refused the potato and when I finally convinced him to try it he had a huge smile on his face and finished it all. I can't wait until he will eat what we eat without a battle.
