Fading in Ice

I got out the gladiolus flower in ice again. After photographing it, I added a mono pattern layer of tree bark at 10% opacity. The original layer was then copied and put on top of the pattern layer. Finally, I used Silver Efex Pro to produce a mono image with a boarder, with the blend mode changed.
