Mixed day

Weather went from fine to wet to fine to very wet and then fine again.

During the wet bits we found out the leak in the roof we had fixed a few weeks ago was not in fact fixed at all.  

The nice roofer (not the one who bodged it the first time) came round straight away which meant I spent time in the loft 'drip-spotting' as he doused the tiles in water.

The day was rounded off nicely though with a home-made stew and dumplings - hurrah!
