Flambee

Fajitas for dinner. MrsCyclops made her homemade guacamole and salsa which was excellent.

I cooked the fajitas, complete with vodka flambee, my secret culinary weapon. I was a little impatient this evening so the result was less than perfect, but dinner was still delicious overall. The guacamole especially!
