Mono Monday: The Third Man

So the middle man in this sorry tale was stealing antibiotics and selling them in a less potent form on the black market. This these were found in the sewer. 
I suppose this relates to the current state of affairs where one can buy prescription only drugs on the internet - but you never really know what you're gonna get!!
