Evening Light

We are fast reaching the time when my afternoon walk with the dogs coincides with the sunset. Eventually, especially when we lose the extra hour of summer time, I end up taking the dogs in the middle of the afternoon. I thought the cloudscape this afternoon gave a lovely gentle evening light and was fascinated that the edge of the cloud in the reflected bay waters seemed to follow the margins of the salt marsh. Bass Rock appears as a wee pimple in the distance obscured by the woods of John Muir Country Park.
