Today, for a change, I've been working with people. Commissioned to shoot the ambulance service, I spent a few hours at an accident and emergency unit and heard some of the sorry tales of ambulance misuse.

The first call of the day for this 999 paramedic was at 4am to attend the home of a man who's ingrowing toenail was giving him some grief!
